Deciding your path

There are two paths depending on your role:

  • Path A: Connect as a user - Your organisation has already added the TreasurySpring connector. You just need to connect your account.

  • Path B: Add the connector for your organisation - You need to add the TreasurySpring connector to your Claude organisation so your team can use it. This is typically done by an IT Administrator with Claude admin access.

Path A: Connect as a user

If your organisation has already added the TreasurySpring connector, connecting takes about 30 seconds.

Using the new Customize page

Claude is moving connectors to a new Customize page. If you see this option in your settings, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Settings

Click the gear icon or go to Settings from the menu

The Settings menu item

Step 2: Go to Connectors

In the left sidebar, click Connectors under your personal settings.

You may see a banner saying "Connectors have moved to Customize." If so, click Go to Customize.

Step 3: Find TreasurySpring

On the Customize page, you will see the TreasurySpring connector listed. It will show the MCP server URL and a Connect button.

Step 4: Click Connect

Click the Connect button. A browser window will open asking you to log in to TreasurySpring

Step 5: Log in to TreasurySpring

Sign in with your usual TreasurySpring portal credentials. You can use your email address, Google account, or Microsoft Azure AD - whichever you normally use to access the portal.

Once you log in, you will be redirected back to Claude and the connection is complete.

You're connected. Start a new conversation in Claude and try asking: "Show me my TreasurySpring entities"

Using the Settings page (legacy)

If you do not see the Customize page yet, you can connect from the regular Settings page:

Navigate to Settings > Connectors in the left sidebar.

You should see TreasurySpring listed with a Connect button. Click Connect, then sign in with your TreasurySpring portal credentials when the login page appears.

Path B: Add the connector for your organisation (admin)

If you are a Claude organisation admin or IT team member, follow these steps to make the TreasurySpring connector available to everyone in your organisation. Note: Once you complete this, your team members only need to follow Path A above to connect their individual accounts.

Step 1: Open Organisation settings

Step 2: Navigate to Connectors

In the left sidebar, click Connectors under the Organisation section.

Removing the connection

To disconnect TreasurySpring:

  • As a user: Go to Settings > Connectors, find TreasurySpring, and click the three-dot menu > Delete.

  • As an org admin: Go to Organisation settings > Connectors and remove the connector. This disconnects it for all users in the organisation.

Important: There is no way to revoke access from the TreasurySpring side. If you want to disconnect, you need to remove the connector from your Claude settings.
